Pack includes 3 tubs as follows:

- a 100g tub of Wine Yeast and Nutrient 

- a tub of 100 Campden Tablets

- a 30g tub of Pectolase.

Wine Yeast and Nutrient:

Handcraft Supplies Wine Yeast combined with Wine Yeast Nutrient is the perfect blend of dried wine yeast, yeast nutrient, vitamins and trace minerals, to aid healthy fermentation in winemaking. Simply add to your juice must to kick start fermentation.

Follow the instructions on the label: use 2-4g (approximately one half to one teaspoon) per 4.5 litres of juice must. Can be added directly or rehydrated in 20-40ml of 35-40 degrees C water for 15 minutes before adding.

Campden Tablets: 

A tub of 100 Campden Tablets for use in winemaking to sanitise fruit must, or to preserve wines/ciders. Simply crush and dose according to the instructions on the label.

Approximately 100 tablets in a tamper proof and resealable tub. Tablets contain sodium metabisulphite.

Pectolase:

Pectolase can be used in winemaking to remove pectin haze in wines or ciders, creating a clearer product. It can also be used to increase juice extraction when mashing fruit.

Follow the instructions on the label: add 1g (approximately 1 third of a teaspoon) per 4.5 litres of liquid, mix well and leave to stand until clear. For juice extraction: add to must/mash at a rate of g (approximately 1 third of a teaspoon) per kg fruit and leave to stand at 40-50 degrees centigrade for 1 hour - lower temperatures may require longer standing times.
