Northern Brewer hops add Aromas of Spice, Herbs and a Woody Resinous character. A dual purpose hops that has excellent bittering properties whilst giving a pleasant aroma.
Use for both bittering and aroma, widely used in English and German beers. Northern Brewer hops add complexity without overpowering other ingredients and complement both malt-forward and hop-forward recipes.
Northern Brewer Hop T90 Pellets have been specially processed so that you get more lupulin (the yellow powder inside hops that have lots of aroma) in the pellet.
This means you can get high amounts of aromas with less bitterness., less funkiness and more fruitiness.
